So here we go...
Hi- my birthday! I turned 29 yesterday and was showered all day long with texts, calls, and posts on facebook. Near the end of my work day I got an email from my chiropractor's office and I had won a free massage. YEAH!!! Off to dinner with friends and then to Bible Study. I stayed up way to late chatting with a dear friend on the phone. It was a busy day, but a great day. I felt VERY loved!!! Thanks to all who made my day so special!
Lo- there's been this small drama going on with some people at church. Nothing huge and earth shattering, just human messiness. This week the drama continued and I hate that. I pray it will all be resolved quickly and that God will be glorified through it all.
Ha- Two friends and myself went shopping to help one of my friends pick out new eye glasses. We went in to Pearl Vision and were laughing and joking. We all found the need to try on lots of glasses and laughed hysterically at each other. I think the man in the store thought we were slightly crazy, but we are kind of used to that. I think Kim in Harry Potter techno-colored glasses put us all over the edge. While we were talking it came out that the kind gentleman working there, who we named Mr. Pearl Vision, knows a friend of ours from church. Well, long story short, Mr. Pearl Vision and his new bride are going to come check out our church. He must be cool if we didn't scare him away!!
